RB Trevor Jeanson , Acton-Boxborough: The senior back rushed for 209 yards and three touchdowns to help the Colonials beat Newton South, 28-6, and clinch the Dual County League title.

RB Matt Willey, Arlington: The senior back ran for 368 yards and six touchdowns in the Spy Ponders' 42-21 win over Weston.

QB Ramon Heredia, Lawrence: The senior threw for 202 yards and two touchdowns, and rushed for three touchdowns and 87 yards against Haverhill.

Arlington Catholic's defensive line: With the Cougars trailing 14-13, AC's defensive front delivered two goal-line stands, one in the final minute, to preserve a 20-14 victory over Austin Prep, clinching the program's third straight Catholic Central Large title.

S Andy Cunningham, Bishop Guertin: The safety hauled in a short punt and ran it back 36 yards to give BG a 12-8 lead, one it did not relinquish, in the Cardinals' 18-8 Division 2 semifinal triumph over Keene.
