2007-08 season: The Hawks put together a 15-3-4 mark while claiming the Greater Boston League title this winter. They also saved some of their best hockey for late in the season, topping Austin Prep in a shootout to win the Cape Cod Classic.

Forsberg's thoughts: Maybe that shootout helped Monday when the Hawks took down Westford in the same situation. Goaltender Steve Hopkins is on fire after a 34-save performance (the Ghosts didn't even score in four attempts in the shootout). Can Waltham continue to emulate Austin Prep from last season and ride the play-in momentum to the crossover bracket?
