Officials certainly did and threw the man, later identified as Joseph Cordes, out of the rink. He was charged with disturbing the peace. ‘‘No one’s heard of this one,’’ said MIAA spokesman Paul Wetzel. ‘‘It’s bizarre.’’ That’s putting it mildly.
