3. 10 straight for Notre Dame girls The most dominant spring team in the state resides in Hingham, home of your 10-time state champion Notre Dame of Hingham girls’ golf team. This spring the girls won the MIAA team title and shattered the school record by 15 strokes in recording a score of 317 at Green Harbor. Numbers tell the story here. Notre Dame has a 149-match win streak and is 167-1 over the last 10 years. That’s dominance. ‘‘They came down here not being nervous and very comfortable, and I told them to just go enjoy it,’’ said coach Dave Gianferante. Led by Lauren Flynn’s 74, the strategy worked.
