Former Revolution goalkeepers coach David Vanole died following a heart attack while on a skiing trip in Utah Tuesday. Vanole, 43, had an extraordinary career as a coach and player, guiding the development of several goalkeepers, including the Revolution's Matt Reis, who is now with the United States national team.
