MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia has waived entry visa requirements for fans with a valid ticket for the May 21 Champions League Final in Moscow, a match organizer told Reuters on Monday.

"A fan can come without a visa and...enter Russia with a valid ticket," said Alexei Sorokin, the Russian official coordinating preparations for the match. "It is an unprecedented decision by the Russian government."

Tens of thousands of English fans are expected to travel to the match with Manchester United and Chelsea facing each other in the final at the Luzhniki Stadium.
