Final, Revolution-Columbus Crew, 0-3:The Revolution (5-16-12, 27 points) finished the season with a home losing record (4-6-7) for the first time since the opening of Gillette Stadium in 2002 before a crowd of 16,285.

Second half, 63d minute, Revolution-Columbus Crew, 0-3:Dilly Duka finished with a left-footed off the far post off a bad clearance in the 59th minute. Four minutes later, Mendoza scored again, crushing a half volley off a Renteria cross at the back post.

End of first half, Revolution-Columbus Crew, 0-1:The Revolution failed to capitalize on a strong attacking start, surrendering a counterattack goal.

First half, 31st minute, Revolution-Columbus Crew, 0-1:
Andres Mendoza scored with a half volley after Darrius Barnes misplayed an Emilio Renteria flick-on.
