Chat today at noon

  July 9, 2009 09:28 PM

After a week's hiatus, we're back on the chat train at noon Friday. And we've got a challenge for you, dear would-be chatter:

Come up with a Roy Halladay deal that would make sense for the both the Red Sox and Jays.

A few ground rules: Those who mention Julio Lugo and Daisuke Matsuzaka immediately flunk the test, Manny Delcarmen is not an acceptable centerpiece, and Dusty Brown and Aaron Bates are not considered premier prospects coveted by everyone in baseball.

Have your answers ready at noon sharp, and be prepared to show your work.

(Or, we can just talk about Sheed, All-Star Tim Wakefield, and whatever else is on your mind. Just don't bring this up. I'm not ready.)
