. . . I'll be over at the Sloan Sports Analytics Conference most of the day. Been looking forward to this for weeks -- I've especially been trying to brush up on my advanced NBA metrics since I was told Jeff Green was actually the least valuable member of the Thunder. Hopefully I'll gain some perspective and insight on PER and other measures today.
I'm also writing about Sloan for the paper, and we should also have some video up on Boston.com during the day, so be sure to check that stuff out.
If you're going to be there too, be sure to say hello. I'll be the nerdy one in a blue shirt who looks puzzled and possibly lost. That should help narrow it down.
