I'm sure you've seen this by now, but I couldn't resist posting this beyond cool photo of Vin Scully on his bobblehead night. Almost makes you think Tommy Lasorda might have been onto something with that great-Dodger-in-the-sky stuff after all. Strangely enough, just out of the shot, a single giant black cloud began raining on Josh Beckett.

Anyway, be sure to stop by our never-laboring Friday chat -- back for this week only at its old noon time -- during which we'll discuss where the Red Sox go from here, try to figure the over/under on Patriots wins, wish the Celtics season would hurry up and get here, and chat about the usual media matters.
