Game 1 went about as well as the most optimistic Red Sox fan could have hoped, with Jon Lester pitching a gem, David Ortiz homering, and the Cardinals committing a comedy of errors. John Lackey gets the ball tonight against Cardinals rookie Michael Wacha as the Red Sox try to secure a 2-0 lead heading to St. Louis. We'll talk about all of that and more right here at 7 p.m.
