Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Langham Hotel, Café Fleuri holds the "Chocolate Bar." This unique and decadent buffet has more than 125 chocolate desserts, including what the chef calls "chocolate soup." This soup is actually a slightly thicker version of hot chocolate, and comes in white, dark, and "Wicked." The latter is made with 73.5 percent dark chocolate, cloves, cinnamon, orange, and a small amount of nutmeg, and is infused with cream and whole milk.
