On the first Wednesday of each month at the Back Bay location of Sel de la Terre, Chef Franco Carubia invents a five-course dinner on a whim around a theme that has inspired him. Chef Franco will offer commentary about each course so patrons can learn as they eat the entirely original meal on "Whim Wednesday." The five-course dinner is $65 per person, or an extra $40 for wine pairings. Call for reservations.
