Hungry? Bring your appetite and your elastic waist pants to the Lamb Takedown this Sunday (Feb. 28) at the Middle East. Yes, you heard right.
The first 20 people who signed up as cooking competitors will be given 15 lbs. of lamb to braise, bake, and stew for the big day. As an observer and taster, you will try the different dishes and pick your favorite. (Winners will go home with cash and Le Creuset products.) There will be lamb swag for all.
