Prince William and his new bride Catherine arrive in the States today after spending nine days traveling through Canada. Though the couple will be keeping the US portion of their trip on the West Coast, we couldn't help but get excited about their presence on American soil -- even if we are across the country. Seems we're not the only ones. Local jewelry company Gemvara is hosting a scavenger hunt Saturday, July 9, throughout Boston in honor of the newlyweds. The winner of the "Royal Race" will be rewarded with a pair of earrings -- valued at $5,000 -- modeled after the ones Kate wore on her wedding day. Participants are encouraged to wear their royal best for the occasion. Full details about the event can be found on Gemvara's facebook page: www.facebook.com/gemvara.
