A little bit of Hollywood comes to town during the Boston Film Festival.
On opening night, Andy Garcia will be in attendance at a screening of "At Middleton." The movie stars Garcia as a heart surgeon who finds romance while visiting colleges with his 18-year-old son.
The weekend program of feature, documentary, short, and animated films includes locally shot titles "Siren" and "George of the Center." Actors scheduled to appear are Garcia, Brian Geraghty, Vinessa Shaw, Robert Kazinsky, Angela Sun, and James C. Burns.
