The Red Sox aren't the only local sports team in the post-season this week.

Revolution forward Dimitry Imbongo battles with Columbus Crew midfielder Bernardo Anor.

The New England Revolution defeated Columbus Crew last Sunday to advance to the MLS playoffs for the first time since 2009. According to center back A.J. Soares, "We're not celebrating by any means; that's not at all our mentality." He means the soccer team still has plenty of work to do, and we know they'd love your support. So when you're done cheering on the Sox this week, give the Revs some love at their Saturday game versus Sporting Kansas City. Nov. 2, 8 p.m. $28.25-$72.05. Gillette Stadium, One Patriot Place, Foxborough. www.revolutionsoccer.net
