Boston shoppers can enjoy parking incentives this holiday season

Boston drivers get free parking at metered spaces on Nov. 29-30, and on Saturdays in December (time limits will be in effect). If you get a non-public safety parking ticket between Dec. 2-4, Toys for Tickets lets you resolve it with a non-violent, unwrapped toy of equal or greater value than the fine. Between Nov. 29 and Dec. 31, the Boston Meter Card Holiday Sale lets you buy a Boston Meter Card, which can be used for most city meters, at a 20 percent discount. For more info on parking incentives go to www.cityofboston.gov/parking/holidays.asp
