Boston Wine Expo celebrity chef line-up and seminar schedule

The 23rd annual Boston Wine Expo returns to Boston on President’s Day weekend, Feb. 15-16. The event gives attendees a chance to learn from some of the most well-known chefs in the Boston area, who will host cooking demonstrations and tastings throughout the weekend, as well as participate in educational seminars led by a group of top winemakers and industry experts from around the globe.

During the Expo, local chefs will take to one of two demonstration stages in the Grand Tasting area as they teach, share recipes, and prepare samples of their signature dishes, which can be paired with one of the more than 1800 wines available at the Expo.

Here is the schedule for celebrity chef demonstrations at the Boston Wine Expo:

Saturday, Feb. 15

Stage 1:

1:30 p.m.: Chris Coombs of Boston Chops, Deuxave, and dbar

2:15 p.m.: Michael Schlow of Alta Strada, Via Matta, and TICO

3 p.m.: Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon

3:45 p.m.: Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park, Menton, and Sportello

Stage 2:

1:30 p.m.: Nathan Gould of the Harbor View Hotel

2:15 p.m.: Josh Ziskin of La Morra

3 p.m.: Stephen Oxall of B & G Oysters

3:45 p.m.: Brian Emmett of CBS’s “The American Baking Competition

Sunday, Feb. 16

Stage 1:

1:30 p.m.: Brian Poe of The Tip Tap Room, Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, and Estelle’s South Cuisine

2:15 p.m.: Jody Adams of Rialto and Trade

3 p.m.: Daniel Bruce of the Boston Harbor Hotel

1:30 p.m.: Mary Ann Esposito, host of PBS’ “Ciao Italia”

2:15 p.m.: Tony Messina of Uni Sashimi Bar

These demonstrations are included with Grand Tasting or Vintner Reserve Lounge tickets. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
