Ming Tsai, the James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon, will be a featured chef at the Boston Wine Expo at the Seaport World Trade Center on Feb. 15-16. Before he hits the demo stage at the Expo, Ming shared his culinary tips and chatted about all things food with Boston.com readers on Thursday, Feb. 13.

Also an Emmy Award-winner, Ming hosts PBS TV’s “Simply Ming.” Ming is the author of five cookbooks, including his latest, “Simply Ming In Your Kitchen.” He is also a national spokesperson for the Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) organization and a member of the Harvard School of Public Health's Nutrition Round Table.
