Get presidential at the Living Room this Presidents’ Day

The Living Room's executive chef Andreas Edlbauer is creating a presidential-inspired brunch menu this Presidents’ Day, Feb. 17. Edlbauer's menu will feature former president’s favorite dishes, including George Washington’s hoe cakes, Franklin D. Roosevelt’s corned beef hash, and more.

The Living Room’s brunch menu will include:

Hoe Cakes: Maple syrup, Vermont butter, powdered sugar
Favorite of George Washington

Corned Beef Hash: Poached eggs, breakfast potatoes
Favorite of Franklin D. Roosevelt

Huevos Rancheros: Two eggs any style, avocado, black beans, pico de gallo, Spanish rice, sour cream, grilled tortilla
Favorite of George W. Bush

Steak and Eggs: Petit prime NY strip, two eggs any style, asparagus, sliced tomato
Favorite of Grover Cleveland

Flannel Cakes: Fried apples, bacon, breakfast potatoes
Favorite of Ulysses S. Grant

The Living Room's regular brunch menu will also be available on Feb. 17.
