No skills? No problem: "We have people who have played in college and people who have never picked up a football before," FLAG officer Marc Lewis says. And socializing doesn't end at the ref's whistle: Players usually head to the nearby sports bar Fritz after the game for some additional hang-time.

Cost: It's a pricey $60 membership, but that includes all fees and other special social events.

The teams formed earlier this summer, but you can still sign up for the supplemental draft.
