¾ ounce Concord grape simple syrup
¾ ounce lemon juice
Build in a glass and top with club soda and grapes.
"Concord grapes couldn't be a more New England flavor," bar manager John Gertsen said. "They are perfect for this time of year."
Bottom line: We love the gorgeous purple color of this slightly sweet and slightly tart cocktail. It tastes fresh and the bobbing grapes are a nice treat. (Gertsen thoughtfully gave us a little dish for the seeds.)
