In the mix:
1 ounce Pimm's No. 1Cup
1 ounce Triple 8 vodka
¼ ounce passion fruit nectar
1 ounce Cointreau
Egg white
Shake ingredients and top with a splash of club soda and a splash of lime soda. Garnish with peach slices.

"This drink is very pitcher-friendly and good for barbecues," bar manager Dave Werthman said. "Pimm's was first sold as a digestive, so this should soothe your stomach after too much grilled tofu."

Bottom line: Don't fear the egg whites. Here, they add a bit of froth — and the feeling that you're drinking a grown-up Julius.
