In the mix:
3 lime wedges
5 mint leaves
2 oz. Bacardi Limon rum
1 oz. raspberry purée
Muddle the limes and mint. Shake all ingredients, pour over ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime.

Bottom line: Obviously, there had to be a mojito on the list. We could drink this fruity take on an old favorite all night long.
