¾ oz. Don Julio Blanco tequila
½ oz. homemade grenadine
Top off with De Bortoli sparkling wine and finish with a twist.

"I'm a big fan of sparkling wine — and the tequila gives it a kick," said owner Alon Munzer. "It's a nice way to start a meal."

Bottom line: Guys, don't be scared off by the pinkish color. This drink is only mildly fruity; the tequila makes it intriguing.
