Gypsy Rose Lee
$11, Cuchi Cuchi
795 Main St., Cambridge

In the mix:
1¾ oz. Stoli Orange vodka
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
Splash of fresh lime juice
Couple drops of orange blossom water
Shaken and strained with an orange garnish.

"This drink is named after the dancer Gypsy Rose Lee," said head bartender Whitney Kimunya. "Like her, it's racy but elegant."

Bottom line: St. Germain is the hot new ingredient, and it delivers in this lightly sweet, refreshing libation.
