In the mix:
Muddled cilantro
2 oz. house-infused habanero Sauza Silver tequila
1 oz. triple sec
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. guava juice
Shake all ingredients and double drain it. Garnish with a lime.

"You can't pound these, you have to sip them," bartender Sang Oh said. "Sometimes people can't handle it and send the drink back."

Bottom line: The first few sips can be jarringly spicy — but stick with it. The pleasing cilantro and guava take over once the burn subsides.
