In the mix:
2 oz. Absolut Pear vodka
2 oz. pear nectar
1 oz. raspberry purree
Shake, top with champagne, and garnish with an apple slice.

"The raspberry compliments the pear really well, while the champagne adds a nice, light texture," bartender Chris Byrne says.
