Where to stay and eat
Farmhouses range in price from $635- $3,205 per week, depending on the farmhouse and the season. Utilities are extra, and guests must also pay $40 to join the Spannocchia Foundation. We paid $1,190 for a week in Casa Dami in late May. Some bed- and- breakfast rooms are also available and range in price from $70- $120. Communal dinners are $23 per person, except on Wednesday, when they are $28. The cooking class cost s $100, which includes an unforgettable lunch.
