Spa treatments are increasingly popular on cruise ships, too, with massage prices often $100 and up. But whether on land or sea, remember that the costs cited here do not include accommodations. However, some hotels do have packages that include a treatment or two. Nor do they include the standard 20 percent tip. Well, we did say this was a splurge.
