There are two types of winter seminars offered through the Mount Washington Observatory:

Day trips

Jan. 22, Feb. 5 and 12, March 5, 19, and 26. $150. Trips begin at 8:30 a.m. and return around 4 p.m. They include an overview of the natural and geological history of the mountain, a tour of the observatory , and a chance to brave the weather.

EduTrip programs

mountwashington.org/education/edutrips/schedule.php

Numerous dates, check website for schedule. The overnight EduTrip programs cost $495 and are open only to observatory members. Non members may join at registration. Membership $40, family membership $65.
