Two Shows for Fabulous Puppeteer
His, is a name I keep coming across, so now it's time to get his next performances on record, and bring his name to you. John McDonough's his name, Pumpernickel Puppets are his game.
For over 35 years, McDonough has captivated audiences with his colorful, hand-made puppets, surprising sound effects, and fast paced stories that educate, as well as, entertain. Demonstrations follow every show giving the audience personal insight into the work happening behind the scenes of a puppet show. McDonough and his puppets perform over 250 shows a year and are specifically designed for children ages 3 through 10 - but the adults leave a fan as well!
Lucky for you, his next two shows will be performed at the Puppet Showplace, in Brookline on Wednesday and Thursday, March 12 and 13 at 10:30 a.m. Call 617-731-6400 for more information. Shows typically last between 35-40 minutes.
