Wrestling Options for the 8th?

Posted by Kimberly Sherman April 7, 2008 08:04 AM

photo2.jpg Last week I went on my son's second grade field trip. I sat behind two boys in his class who were talking incessantly about video games. Knowing nothing more than how to make a frog cross a busy road, I tried to be the way cool mom and ask which game they were talking about [mind you I don't know a Wii from a DS from a Cube!]. Well to my surprise and now yours, they were talking about their new WWE Smackdown game. And I took my heart and slapped myself in the face, when I heard one boy's favorite guy - Rick Flair?! Growing up with three older brothers has saluted me again, as I grew up a WWF girl, following who held the belt and who stripped it away. Am I the only one who will never forget Hulk Hogan breaking the Sheik's Camel Clutch?...no I don't think so. So after a 20 minute ride, we arrived at our destination and two second graders had to have their little jaws closed shut, as I finally stopped talking about moves, dudes and foreign objects! Oh jeez, sorry...got carried away again...so this blog is to tell you that here is your chance to re-live that magic...the WWE Smackdown comes to the TD Banknorth Garden Tuesday, April 8 and there are plenty of tickets left. Ticket price doesn't matter of course, so order now.
