Elvis is alive in Maine

Posted by Kimberly Sherman August 20, 2008 10:43 AM

You've got two chances to see a guy who has dedicated his life to the King. Elvis that is. MDT, born Dennis Thornberry, turned to a life of Elvis as soon as he could walk and talk. His hips have been shaking, and sidebruns been growing ever since. His tribute to the Rock and Roll king came on the 50th anniversary recording of "That's Alright Momma," on July 5, 2004. Ever since, he has taken his tribute show all over the country making lady fans faint, guy fans high five, and all else leave with a glimmer that the King still lives on.

Shows are at the Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center in Gardiner, Maine, on Friday, Aug. 22 and Saturday, Aug. 23 Both shows are at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are, gulp...only $12. Call 207-582-7144 for tickets, or send an email to reserve some seats.
