American to offer $425 Hub-Brazil flights
American plans new service to Salvador, Recife, and Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in November with round-trips from Boston starting at an introductory rate of $425 each way.
American will start daily flights from Miami to Salvador and Recife on Nov. 2, and begin three times weekly flights from Miami to Belo Horizonte on Nov. 4. Service from Boston will route through Miami.
The discount fares to all three cities apply to travel through May, and the carrier is also offering double AAdvantage miles for travel through mid-February.
To qualify, travel must take place between Nov. 2 (Nov. 4 for Belo Horizonte) and May 28, with a return no later than May 31, and you must buy tickets by Dec. 2. There are blackout dates and minimum stay requirements. The rest of the fine print is here.
