Vintages of Vermont

Don't dismiss the ever increasing wines being produced right here in New England. No need for Napa, when you've got locally grown grapes and Vineyards that are serious with pleasing your palate. Shelburne Vineyard in Vermont is hosting an Open House this Sunday, April 26, to celebrate their vintages, local products and of course, spring. Tours of the winemaking facility and exploring the new buds of the season in the Vineyard, is open to all guests.
Shelburne Vineyard will offer tastings of current wines and barrel tastings of a new vintage. To complement their selections will be samples of local specialty products from Vermont Brownie Company, Shelburne Farms, VT Butter and Cheese, Honey Gardens Apiaries, VT Smoke and Cure, Vadeboncoeur Nougat and Stray Cat Flowers. The afternoon of palate pleasing is accompanied by the lively music of the Meatpackers.
