It's Bike Week in Laconia

Posted by Kimberly Sherman June 15, 2009 01:08 PM

bikeweek.jpg Each year upwards of a half million people visit central New Hampshire for Laconia's Motorcycle Week. This year marks Bike Week's 86th Anniversary and visitors can expect vintage races and rallys for nine straight days through June 21. Expect native American Indian pow wows, live music on several stages and bars, special promos and events at nearly all local businesses, guided tours, Harley sales and biker build-offs. Each day is fully loaded and geared up for fun. Be sure to check out the schedule here, and plan your visit accordingly.

If you go, leave at the crack of dawn to ensure you don't spend half your day sitting in traffic. For all of your lodging needs, check out the lodging section of the site and at the links section for Rally Patrons that have accommodations. Be safe and have fun!
