wassssnnsail.jpg As if Woodstock, Vt., needs promotion for its charm and idyllic surroundings -- especially during holidays. But Wassail Weekend is unique enough to warrant mention as a must-do for the Holidays. The term 'wassail' has its roots in medieval England referring to the Norse “ves heill,” meaning to “drink to the health.” And for more than 25 years, Wassail Weekend has welcomed people from near and far to celebrate health, vitality and the holidays in unique ways. From Dec. 11-13, enjoy a Wassail Parade, house tours, holiday activities, food, music and more.
