Massport has announced a couple of new developments at Logan. For those planning travel during the holidays or early next year Massport is offering a 17 percent discount on their lowest weekly parking rate from now through the end of January. The regular rate for seven days in the airport's economy lot is $108, but they are trimming that to $90.

The authority also said that Midwest Airlines would move from Terminal C to Terminal B, starting Dec. 8. Midwest offers five daily flights to and from its hub in Milwaukee, and one to Kansas City. Midwest had been subleasing its Terminal C gate from JetBlue, which now plans to use the space as part of its announced plan to significantly expand its presence at Logan. Katie Johnston Chase reported on the latest additions in this morning's paper -- an increase flights to the Caribbean starting May 3.
