The folks at Simpliflying, a consultancy specializing in brand strategies and social media, have just compiled a list of the most popular and effective viral airline videos. Besides this one from Cebu, some other videos include Air New Zealand's "Nothing to Hide'' (over 6.8 million views) in which airline workers walk around wearing nothing but body paint; KLM's "Economy Comfort'' (over 1.4 millions views) in which a magician performs his levitation act to advertise the carrier's new seating option that offers passengers more leg space; and ">Lufthansa's "Pillow Fight'' (over 1.2 million views) in which a spontaneous pillow fight aboard a flight got caught on camera.
Call me sentimental. But among viral videos, my own personal favorite has to be Richard Simmon's mock workout for Air New Zealand (1.3 million views).
