Stay at a ski house in Steamboat Springs, Colo., and you can hire an in-home personal chef to create healthy gourmet meals throughout your stay. Moving Mountains’ Catered Chalet package features a personal chef who prepares full breakfasts (fresh baked goods, homemade granola, and stuffed French toast, for instance), afternoon tea with cookies and hors d’oeuvres, and three-course gourmet dinners using local meats and produce. The chef can prepare children’s menus, and accommodate vegetarian, vegan, organic, kosher, and other special diets. Daily rates start at $90 per person, including meals, airport transfers, and private shuttles to your activities. 877-624-2538, www.movingmountains.com
