It’s not too late to take advantage of good prices and food during Providence Restaurant Weeks, which continues through July 20. The city was named by Travel + Leisure as the top food city in the 2012 America’s Favorite Cities poll, which is no surprise to anyone who’s eaten there. After all, it’s home to a world-class culinary school, Johnson & Wales University, and boasts such fabled eating enclaves such as Federal Hill.

Nearly 100 restaurants are taking part, offering three-course, prix fixe lunches for $14.95 and dinners for $29.95, with some offering specials like two-for-one deals. For all info, check out www.ProvidenceRestaurantWeeks.com
