The “Grand Trails of Coos County” in New Hampshire have been added as New Hampshire Grand's newest itinerary, and includes things like the Northern Forest Canoe Trail (the nation's longest paddling trail, running from Old Forge, N.Y. to Fort Kent Maine), the Cohos Trail (extending 162 miles from Crawford Notch) and the high huts of the White Mountains, maintained by the Appalachian Mountain Club, eight of them spaced a day's hike apart along a 56-mile stretch of the Appalachian Trail.

The new itinerary “provides a multitude of ideas on how to enjoy a day outdoors” in the area, said Pam Sullivan, marketing coordinatorfor New Hampshire Grand, the official visitor info source for northern New Hampshire. Check it all out at www.nhgrand.com
