Since my piece "Lighten your bag, mood" appeared in Travel on Sunday, I've been getting emails from readers asking where they could find bags that fit within the magic 21x13x9 dimensions to fly overhead in overseas airlines. Then this morning, my US Airways shopping portal email (shop and get miles) reminded me of eBags.com. On a hunch I checked, and the site actually sorts bags by all sort of tags, one of which is "International Carry-On."
