
At a popular relaxing spot in the Financial District, workers clad in ties and slacks ate their lunches on top of a parking garage. Norman B. Leventhal Park, which is maintained financially by the Garage at Post Office Square beneath it, boasts a sculptural fountain centerpiece where workers come to dangle their toes in the walk-through stream of water during breaks from the office.
