Even without water, people can always find ways to enjoy fountains. The third of the four series of similar fountains is a cat-like animal with a bird in its claw, and although there is only a small puddle of dark water at the bottom of the nonflowing fountain, the little girl in the background was happy to run around in circles inside the practically empty basin.
