It's starting to feel a lot like Spring in Boston. Locals are slowly starting embracing the time change and enjoy after-work walks, the city's green spaces are being taken over by dogs and frisbees, and soon we'll start to see the dusting off of patio furniture at outdoor establishments.

On a walk yesterday around 5:30pm, I snapped this shot of Boston Harbor. I was flanked by Bostonians and tourists sitting on the gray slabs along the water at Long Wharf. Runners and joggers casually passed by, and many were just here to take in the great weather and fabulous sunset.

Shortly after tweeting my photo I learned of a few great spring offerings happening around the city:

City Wine Tours, a local walking wine tasting tour group, is looking forward to "sipping glasses of rose on the patios" of outdoor restaurants, they told me via Twitter. The company hosts walking wine tours of Boston neighborhoods led by wine experts in an effort to educate, entertain and explore the various Boston wine establishments. A great option for those of you looking to do something new this spring, or just brush up the best wine lists around the city.

XV Beacon Hotel, the trendy boutique hotel on Beacon Hill, let me know they're celebrating the coming of spring with a Spring into Luxury package. Enjoy two nights or more at Fifteen Beacon and receive 10% off per night, plus an upgrade based on availability. The package starts at $425 and is good for stays from March 20 through June 19.

To help you get beach ready for summer, Spa Week will kick off April 16, offering $50 spa treatments at day spas in and around Boston. A few sneak peeks of the $50 promos include:

Adara Spa is offering a 120-minute Adara Facial and Pedicure
Bella Santé, on Newbury Street, is offering a 50-minute Rescue Me Cactus Toning Body Treatment
Corbu Spa & Salon at The Charles Hotel, is offering a 45-minute Splendor in the Grass Body Scrub
The Exhale spas in Back Bay and the Waterfront are offering a 5-pack of Mind Body Classes for $50.

With so many spring deals in effect it's easy to catch spring fever in Boston.
