Condé Nast Traveler picks world's hottest new hotels, spas, restaurants for 2012
Still haven't chosen a hotel for your 2012 travel plans? Now that you've waited this long, you can check out one of the hottest new hotels for 2012, as chosen by the editorial staff of Condé Nast Traveler.
The annual list takes a look at 121 newly-opened properties in the North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, and identifies the new hotels that are worthy of your consideration, based on service, food, atmosphere and amenities.

A few standouts include the newly reopened Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, Hotel Chocolat in St. Lucia, La Maison Champs-Elysees in Paris, and one of my personal favorites, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, currently the highest hotel in the world.
Of the 35 top new spas, Conde Nast Traveler gave nod to Tree Spa at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport, Kiehl's Spa 1851 in New York, and Hotel Bel-Air Spa by La Prairie in Los Angeles.
The list is organized by region, hotel amenities, best new spas, best new restaurants, hotels under $300 and hotel "all-stars".
Readers: What hotel, restaurant or spa would you put on your "hot list"?
