September's “Small Bites, Big Appetites” modern global tapas cooking class hopes to draw a bigger crowd with a portion of the proceeds benefit Share our Strength’s “No Kid Hungry” campaign.
According to Luxury Daily the location of the pop-up classes stay secret until the day of the event and the venues vary from poolside kitchens to private dining rooms. The Small Bites, Small Appetites class includes mixology demonstrations while the chefs give the tutorial on how to prepare tapas dishes.
Guests interested in the cooking classes can sign up directly at the hotel. The classes are held at the Four Seasons Miami's Edge, Steak & Bar and is $75 per person.
